President & CEO
Jeff Anthony brings over 30 years of expertise founding, growing and leading global enterprises that specialize in high-value asset storage and preservation.

Jeff founded Iron Mountain's Entertainment Services unit, which preserves sensitive one-of-a-kind master tapes and motion picture film in ultra-secure, climate-controlled storage. He led its growth to become the global market share leader spanning 6 countries and protecting the most valuable assets of major motion picture studios, music labels and celebrity estates. Prior to his role at Iron Mountain, he was the Founder & CEO of The dataLOK Company (an Inc. 500 Company), managing the preservation of high value data of all types- including paper, computer tape, and motion picture film.

Jeff is a wine collector and founded Vino Vault to bring industry-leading storage technology, service and security to other collectors like himself. Jeff lives in Newport Beach with his wife of almost 40 years and they enjoy traveling and spending time with their four grandchildren.
Jim Incavo

Jim Incavo has led operations and acquisition integrations in the logistics, storage, event rental and facility services industries for over 30 years.

A hands-on operations executive who's successfully led acquisition integrations in both large and small markets assimilating businesses into the company's culture, standards and processes, Jim attributes his success to teamwork, collaboration and an obsessive focus on flawless execution to customers.

Jim is an avid wine enthusiast and enjoys collecting wine and sharing his passion for wine with family and friends.
Eric Golden
Chief Administrative Officer
Eric Golden brings over 20 years of experience as a deal-maker and executive advising a broad spectrum of companies on M&A, capital raising, new initiatives, and other financial and strategic transactions.

A lawyer by training, he's served in executive roles ranging from General Counsel of prominent companies to CEO of a venture-backed startup to investment banker. He is a founding partner of advisory firm Fluential Partners, and also serves on the board of several emerging growth companies and non-profit organizations. Eric leads Vino Vault's acquisition strategy, as well as oversight of finance and administration. .

Eric lives in Santa Monica, California with his wife and three children. His passions include scuba diving, skiing and travel. Eric fell in love with wine after spending his honeymoon touring Tuscany and Umbria.
Ty Ondatje
Chief Resource Officer
Ty Ondatje's 25 years of experience across all aspects of human resource strategy, management and operations is pivotal in integrating and motivating the most customer-centric storage and logistics team in the wine storage industry.

Before leading Iron Mountain's human resources function, with over 8,000 employees worldwide, Ty held leadership roles in operations management, corporate social responsibility, labor relations and is a recognized expert in implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practices across organizations.

Perhaps not surprising given his focus on human relations, Ty's main interest in wine is how it brings strangers together from different backgrounds and cultures around a common experience.

Jeff Smith leads Vino Vault's wine cellar consulting practice and has been providing wine cellar management and full-service wine storage to some of the most discerning collectors in the country since 2002.

He is the author of The Best Cellar, and has been featured in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Wine Spectator, CNN, Forbes, Fortune, Variety and many more. He lives in Bel Air, California with his wife and daughter.
Dan Perrelli

Dan Perrelli is a renowned Los Angeles food and wine connoisseur most known for acting as the West Coast's premier wine salon host where he connects passionate collectors and artisan wine makers in casual but sophisticated events. A favorite of sommeliers, restaurateurs and exclusive vintners, Dan creates bespoke tasting experiences, exclusive travel opportunities and unique collector events where the very best – and often unknown – wines can be experienced with great music, lively conversation and the work of Los Angeles' best chefs.

Dan consults with Vino Vault clients on new wine discovery, acquisitions and tasting experiences and provides access to additional opportunities for collectors through his First The Wine and European Wine Adventures offerings.
Bob Beitcher
Board Chairman
Bob Beitcher has been the chief executive officer and president at Motion Picture Television Fund since July 2011 and serves on the organization's Board of Directors.

Previously, Bob was president and chief executive officer of Panavision and vice-chairman of the MacAndrews and Forbes Media Group. He joined Consolidated Film Industries in 1997 as president and chief executive and served in that position until 2000 when the company was acquired by Technicolor. At Technicolor, he created the Creative Services group, which remains an industry leader in post-production and media distribution services. Earlier in this career, Mr. Beitcher worked closely with George Lucas, Jim Henson, and Francis Coppola and their respective production companies.

He has been a director of MPTF since 2007. He is on the board of directors of Vino Vault and Exokinetics, and serves on the advisory board of the Institute for Human Caring and the ARRI Rental Group, the Finance Committee, Investment Committee, and Executive Committee of the Members at Large branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and the advisory boards of the Jewish Graduate Student Initiative and SpringBoard Health Initiative.
Harold Ebbighausen

Harold Ebbighausen's extensive experience leading organizations through various stages of growth and transformation is built around a leadership style that fosters teamwork, candid communication, transparency, and integrity in all personal and professional interactions and dealings.

His career has spanned several industries, including the birth of the data protection industry, where he held several leadership roles at Iron Mountain (from division founder to Executive Vice President, Data Protection, and eventually to President, North America).

He currently serves on the boards of both non-profit as well as commercial enterprises where he has the opportunity to provide mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs, help under-served communities and also be able to work alongside experienced management teams such as Vino Vault.
Matt Gibbons

Matt Gibbons is a Managing Director and Head of the Private Equity practice at Manhattan West. He oversees and is responsible for developing investment strategies, managing companies in the portfolio, and determining suitable investments for the firm.

Previously, Matt worked at Saban Capital Group, the Los Angeles based private investment firm of billionaire Haim Saban, where he managed private equity investments across the media, entertainment, business services, and consumer sectors. Matt led the sale of Saban Brands (the holding company of Power Rangers and other major entertainment brands) to Hasbro, investment in Univision Communications, and the formation of Saban Music and Saban Experiential.

Born and raised in Southern California, Matt currently resides in Marina Del Rey with his wife and two sons. In his free time, Matt enjoys rowing, golfing, and playing tennis.
Austin Ho

Austin Ho is a Senior Associate on the Private Equity team at Manhattan West. He is responsible for conducting due diligence, providing transaction support, managing companies in the portfolio, and determining suitable investments for the firm.

Previously, Austin worked at Intrepid Investment Bankers, a Los Angeles based investment bank and subsidiary of MUFG North America, where he completed numerous M&A and financing transactions across the consumer, digital media, technology, and business services sectors.

Born in Louisiana and raised in Southern California, Austin currently lives in Venice and enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle – skiing, golfing, and relaxing at the beach on the weekends.
